[FOOD] Baked Kani Sushi

I remember being curious about what “baked sushi” would taste. A former co-worker mentioned it to me on one of our Messenger chats back in May 2020. I checked the FB marketplace ads and thought it doesn’t look appetizing enough to be honest but as soon I tried it, I loved the taste. Occasionally, I would crave baked kani sushi especially the one I got from Cath of @mommycatsbakedsushi (there used to be an FB page but for some reason I can’t find it anymore). Good thing I have chat records with her on Messenger where I send my orders. She sent me her updated pricing so I attached it here and you can check it out below. You can say I’m her “suki” since I ordered from her multiple times already. She’s my go-to person for baked kani sushi. Periodt!

Wednesday evening, I ordered from her again because I craved baked kani sushi. I got my order the following day. I was asleep when it got delivered and my hubby took care of COD fee & I sent her the payment thru GCash – an easy and speedy transaction.

My husband loves baked sushi, too. I gave him a few servings while he was working before eating some of it myself and sharing it with Jackie. I made sure to have some leftover food for later but the next morning, hubby finished a half -pan serving in one sitting LOL (didn’t even leave crumbs haha!). That’s how much he loves it! 😂
